Tennis

Basketball

Ice Hockey
The result after regulation time is not necessarily the same as the final winner. Overtime and shootouts only count if the market includes them.
Counter-Strike and League of Legends
You can also bet on esports matches in Counter-Strike and League of Legends. A bet on an individual map or game applies only to that part of the contest; a match-winner bet covers the entire match.
Understanding Betting Markets
Your selection always applies to the chosen market and period. In football, a match can finish level after 90 minutes plus added time, even if one team wins in extra time. A regulation-time bet and a qualification bet are settled differently in that case.
Win or Draw
“1” refers to the first-listed team or player, “X” to a draw and “2” to the second-listed team or player. In football, these normally mean home win, draw and away win. A winner market without the draw has only two outcomes.
Double Chance
Cover two outcomes: home win or draw, draw or away win, or a win for either team. You can still lose your stake with a double-chance bet.
Over or Under
Bet on whether the number of goals or points will be above or below a specified line. With a 2.5-goal line, “Over” wins with three or more goals; “Under” wins with zero, one or two.
Handicap
A handicap gives one participant a notional lead or deficit for settlement purposes. European and Asian handicaps are settled differently. Depending on the line, a bet can win, lose or be refunded in full or in part.
Bet While the Game Is On
Live-betting odds change as play unfolds. A goal, point or other event can cause a market to be suspended temporarily. Odds may change again while your bet is being accepted.
Scores and broadcasts may be delayed. Only a bet confirmed in your account counts; selecting an outcome alone does not mean the bet has been accepted.
With pre-match betting, you make your selection before the event starts. With live betting, the event is already underway. In both cases, the period covered by the market is crucial.

Log InSet Your Stake
Your stake must fall within the limits for that bet. For a winning single bet at decimal odds, your return is the stake multiplied by the odds, including your original stake. A €10 stake at 2.00 odds returns €20, giving you €10 net profit. If the bet loses, you lose the €10 stake.
Await Confirmation
After acceptance, your confirmed bet appears in your account's betting history. If you see an error, you can use that history to establish whether your selection was accepted.
Single or Accumulator Bet?
A single bet covers one selection. An accumulator combines several selections, multiplying their odds. Usually, every selection must win; if one loses, the entire accumulator loses. Voided selections are governed by the betting rules. Related outcomes from the same match cannot always be combined.
If Your Bet Is Still Pending
We settle bets according to the result relevant to the market. A bet may remain pending while the result is being verified. Postponed or abandoned events are subject to the relevant sport and market rules. An abandoned match does not automatically mean all bets are refunded.

Each bet has its own stake and win limits. Permitted amounts may vary between markets and bet slips. If your stake falls outside those limits, the bet may not be accepted as entered. Your available betting balance also limits your stake.
Can I use Cash Out to settle every bet early?
Whether you can use Cash Out depends on the bet slip and the feature's availability. If an offer appears, the quoted amount and its terms apply. Cash Out is not available for every bet or at all times.
Why is my bet still pending after the match ends?
Your bet may remain pending while the result relevant to your market is being checked. An abandoned or postponed event may also delay settlement. Support can investigate using your bet number and the affected market.
Can I use my casino bonus for sports betting?
Only if your promotion's terms allow it. A casino bonus is not automatically valid for sports betting. Sports bonuses may have their own minimum odds, wagering requirements, excluded markets and deadlines.
What should I do if placing a bet was interrupted?
